Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, spelling, grammar, and professionalism
· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
· Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and self-motivation
· Ability and willingness to support team members and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment
· Flexibility and adaptability in a growing and evolving company
· Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable working with repetitive processes while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
Preferred :
· Knowledge of the vehicle insurance and/or claims industry
· Experience or familiarity with automotive, commercial, powersports, or recreational vehicles
· Previous experience working remotely or from home
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage incoming orders, client requests, and inquiries through shared email systems
· Respond to and distribute emails professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner
· Review and assign incoming files within the Valu-Rite® system
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
· Coordinate with outside vendors to facilitate completion of order requests
· Manage multiple assignments, priorities, and active orders while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
· Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and requests
· Collaborate with team members to support daily operational needs and coverage
· Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional operational responsibilities as needed
