Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, customer-service or operations role (hospitality or property an advantage)
  • Excellent organisational and scheduling skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident, professional communicator in English, on the phone and in writing
  • Comfortable working on-site and starting early, including weekends and public holidays
  • Based in Dubai with reliable personal transport
  • Calm, dependable, and able to manage a busy day with many moving parts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage the daily cleaning schedule and team assignments
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, responding to clients professionally
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and set them up for a smooth start
  • Coordinate teams and drivers across the city, tracking timings and adjusting routes as needed
  • Maintain clear communication with clients on check-ins, check-outs and requests
  • Inspect properties on-site to ensure every home meets standard before guest arrival
  • Keep accurate daily records, reports and photo documentation
  • Monitor supplies and support the smooth running of daily operations
