Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, customer-service or operations role (hospitality or property an advantage)
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident, professional communicator in English, on the phone and in writing
- Comfortable working on-site and starting early, including weekends and public holidays
- Based in Dubai with reliable personal transport
- Calm, dependable, and able to manage a busy day with many moving parts
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage the daily cleaning schedule and team assignments
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, responding to clients professionally
- Guide new clients through onboarding and set them up for a smooth start
- Coordinate teams and drivers across the city, tracking timings and adjusting routes as needed
- Maintain clear communication with clients on check-ins, check-outs and requests
- Inspect properties on-site to ensure every home meets standard before guest arrival
- Keep accurate daily records, reports and photo documentation
- Monitor supplies and support the smooth running of daily operations
