REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in real estate sales, off plan, recruitment, automotive, luxury retail or another high-performance sales environment
• A proven ability to build relationships and generate business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A commercial mindset with an interest in property investment
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach
• Fluency in English
• A professional and consultative style

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising clients on the latest off plan launches across Dubai.
• Building strong relationships with investors, developers and referral partners.
• Managing enquiries and qualifying buyer requirements.
• Conducting project presentations and developer meetings.
• Staying ahead of market trends, payment plans and launch opportunities.
• Negotiating and closing property transactions.
• Building a long-term client portfolio through exceptional service and repeat business.
