Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Strong written communication skills for texts, follow-up, and DMs
  • Ability to stay organized across multiple conversations and follow-up points
  • Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strongly preferred: experience in consultative sales, inside sales, membership sales, or other customer-facing roles where success depended on building rapport, following up with leads, handling objections, and helping people move forward with a buying decision
  • Relevant backgrounds may include gym membership sales, wellness or healthcare sales, patient intake with a conversion component, inside sales, or similar customer-facing roles that relied on phone conversations
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from paid ads, referrals, social media, website forms, and inbound phone calls
  • Answer the clinic phone line during working hours and confidently guide conversations with prospective patients
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective patients to understand their goals, limitations, concerns, and whether our client is the right fit
  • Schedule qualified leads into discovery visits
  • Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled
  • Call and confirm upcoming discovery visits to reduce no-shows
  • Follow up with prospective patients who cancel or miss a discovery visit or consult in order to uncover unresolved objections and recover the opportunity when appropriate
  • Support sales-related outbound outreach tied to current offers, promotions, workshops, and reactivation efforts
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in CRM, Google Sheets, communication logs, and EMR so leads are properly documented and moved through the process
  • Follow company scripts, follow-up processes, and lead qualification standards while continuing to make conversations sound natural and human
  • Participate in our client’s weekly internal sales training, external sales training through our business coaching group, and remote role play sessions with fellow coaching group members to improve communication, objection handling, and booking conversion.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, messaging, and conversion processes
