REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of UAE mortgage operations/coordination experience is required.
• Good understanding of UAE mortgage processes, banks and documentation requirements.
• Experience handling mortgage cases from application through to disbursement.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet turnaround timelines.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Handle end-to-end mortgage case processing.
• Review and verify client, financial and KYC documents.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to banks.
• Coordinate with clients, Mortgage Consultants, banks and Relationship Managers.
• Follow up on pre-approvals, valuations, final offers and disbursements.
• Track active cases and ensure timely processing.
• Resolve documentation gaps and bank requirements.
• Maintain accurate case updates and records on CRM.
• Ensure files meet bank and compliance requirements.
