• Good communication and coordination abilities.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Monitor payment-gateway transactions and processing performance.
• Coordinate with payment service providers and internal operations teams.
• Investigate failed transactions, discrepancies and settlement issues.
• Maintain payment operational records and reports.
