Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or compliance
  • Experience working in UGC or social platform environments
  • Strong judgment and the ability to make fast decisions on complex, grey-area cases
  • Must be comfortable reviewing adult-only (18+) content
  • Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Notion, Intercom, or Retool
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content with discretion

Preferred

  • Knowledge of moderation frameworks and DMCA workflows
  • Familiarity with the Online Safety Act or EU Digital Services Act
  • Experience with platform TOS enforcement

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and action user-generated content against community guidelines
  • Investigate Terms of Service violations including explicit content breaches, impersonation, and copyright claims
  • Manage moderation queues by prioritizing risk and turnaround time
  • Escalate high-risk edge cases to leadership with clear decision notes
  • Identify emerging risk patterns to help improve policy and automated tooling
  • Maintain detailed records of decisions to support audits and appeals
  • Partner with Support and Creator teams regarding account restrictions and compliance
