Mobile App Tester

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Have an iPhone and are comfortable installing TestFlight apps

– Can explain app issues clearly in writing

– Notice small details in wording, buttons, layout, and user flow

– Are reliable and can complete short testing sessions on schedule

– Can test from the mindset of a normal customer, not a developer

Nice to have:

– Experience testing apps, websites, or software

– Experience with food delivery, marketplace, restaurant, or gig apps

– Comfortable testing both buyer and seller workflows

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Test the NeighborChef iPhone app through TestFlight

– Follow buyer and chef testing checklists

– Try signup, browsing meals, saving meals, posting a meal, checkout flow, profile settings, and order screens

– Report bugs, confusing wording, layout issues, crashes, and anything that feels off

– Take screenshots or short screen recordings when needed

– Give clear written feedback after each testing session
