Meta Ads & Google Adwords For Healthcare/Addiction Treatment
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (AdWords), Bing Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Strong knowledge of PPC campaign management including budgeting, bidding strategies, keyword research, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques including SEO best practices for landing page optimization.
- Experience in media buying, media planning, affiliate marketing, SEM campaigns, and social media management within the healthcare or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions that improve campaign ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations related to healthcare advertising is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (including Search, Display, and Video), Bing Ads, and Twitter Ads tailored for healthcare and addiction treatment audiences.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords relevant to healthcare services and addiction recovery programs.
- Manage daily PPC campaign activities including bidding strategies, ad copywriting, audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing to improve ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
- Implement conversion tracking setups to measure campaign success and optimize landing pages for better engagement and lead generation.
- Develop media planning strategies that align with overall marketing objectives while adhering to industry regulations related to healthcare advertising.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content calendars, overseeing social media advertising efforts, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and healthcare professionals to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO tools, SEM strategies, and compliance standards specific to healthcare advertising.
