REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads management
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager
  • Experience handling medium to high ad budgets
  • Expertise in conversion tracking and event setup
  • Understanding of funnels and performance marketing
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills

Preferred

  • Experience in real estate / e-commerce / lead generation campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads (added advantage)
  • Experience with landing page optimization tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Create lead generation, traffic, conversion, and sales campaigns
  • Conduct audience research (Custom, Lookalike & Retargeting audiences)
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
  • Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with creative and marketing teams
