Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP estimation within the construction industry, highlighting relevant project types.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• Experience with MEP estimation software like AutoCAD, Revit, or specialized estimating tools is a must.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop accurate and detailed MEP cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather requirements and clarify technical specifications for MEP systems.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and understand project conditions that might affect MEP systems and costs.
