Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing Revit and AutoCAD proficiency in building services.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in drafting MEP systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, particularly Autodesk Revit MEP, for 3D modeling and clash detection.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Translate design concepts and calculations from engineers into accurate and constructible technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the building design.
• Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings based on site conditions and project progress, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
