REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Proven experience with data entry, administrative support, or database management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
  • Strong written communication skills, including clear and accurate spelling and grammar
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to follow defined processes while identifying and escalating potential issues
  • Clear communicator, especially when resolving discrepancies or asking clarifying questions
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain member records in our client’s CRM database
  • Process member, club, regional and international data forms, changes and updates
  • Ensure a maximum 48-hour turnaround time on member data entry and processing requests
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; make corrections as needed
  • Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring data is up to date and properly stored
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports related to membership activity
  • Assist with basic data analysis and reporting using Excel
  • Handle sensitive member information with confidentiality and care
  • Support additional digital and administrative tasks as assigned
