REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Skilled at reading medical records and preparing structured summaries.
• Proficient in English with good written communication skills.
• Internet-savvy; able to conduct thorough online research.
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possesses strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in the medico-legal or outsourcing industry is an advantage.

Education

Candidates with backgrounds in Medical Summarization, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy who have experience preparing medical summaries are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare medical summaries for personal injury cases.
• Create medical summaries for demand letters.
• Prepare medical billing reports.
• Work efficiently with MS Word and PDF.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all deliverables.
