REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a medical provider
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately document patient histories, and treatment plans as dictated by medical provider.
• Assist healthcare providers in maintaining up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
• Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
