Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in performing a broad spectrum of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
• Strong understanding of laboratory quality management systems (QMS) and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, CAP).
• Hold a valid professional license or registration from the UAE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests on biological specimens (blood, urine, tissue) with precision and accuracy.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and optimal performance.
• Analyze and interpret test results, identifying abnormalities and reporting findings to physicians.
• Adhere strictly to laboratory safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control programs to maintain high standards of testing.
