REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport remotely
- Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to assess compatibility based on personality traits, interests, and values
- Highly organized with attention to detail in managing client information and match records
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in counseling, coaching, recruiting or relationship services is a plus but not required
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual communication tools and database management software
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their relationship goals, preferences, and backgrounds
- Curate personalized matches based on compatibility factors and client criteria
- Facilitate communication between clients, including setting up introductions and providing coaching or guidance as needed
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and match outcomes using secure databases
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to clients throughout the matchmaking process
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance matchmaking effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to improve matchmaking strategies and client satisfaction
- Recruiting singles
