Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or a related role.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with keyword research, SEO strategy, keyword tracking, and ranking tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly to both business audiences and everyday consumers.
  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, paid ads, and conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Comfortable analyzing marketing data and reporting on what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to work remotely without constant hand-holding.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can move quickly.
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and help build systems where none currently exist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, search, social, and web.
  • Perform keyword research and support SEO strategy using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
  • Research keyword rankings, competitor content, and opportunities to improve organic visibility.
  • Write and update website copy, landing pages, blog content, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Help create a consistent brand voice across customer-facing and business-facing marketing materials.
  • Assist with lead generation efforts for businesses, industry partners, and customer awareness.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track website traffic, campaign performance, keyword movement, leads, and conversions.
  • Help organize content calendars, campaign timelines, and launch materials.
  • Coordinate with leadership on announcements, new initiatives, partnerships, and platform updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve messaging, conversion rates, and overall brand presence.
