Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience within the UAE or GCC
- Proven experience in mobility, automotive, or marketing agency environments (mandatory)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable ROI and successful marketing campaigns
- Advanced expertise in performance marketing, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM platforms)
- Experience with marketing automation and campaign management tools
- Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and attribution models
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business and marketing insights
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets
- Define short- and long-term marketing roadmaps across digital and offline channels
- Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and positioning strategies within the UAE/GCC
- Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives
- Own and drive performance marketing across paid media channels (Google Ads, social media, display, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Establish clear performance benchmarks for all campaigns
- Implement A/B testing strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Track and report marketing spend efficiency and attribution models
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website performance
- Lead SEO strategy including keyword optimization, technical audits, and content alignment
- Ensure consistent growth in organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Manage social media presence, content calendars, and platform-specific strategies
- Drive innovation in digital channels, tools, and marketing technologies
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, dashboards) to track performance and generate insights
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business and marketing improvements
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for senior management
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies
- Utilize data to refine targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints
- Strengthen brand visibility and positioning within the mobility and car rental sector
- Oversee campaign creatives, messaging frameworks, and communication strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branding with operational and commercial goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Evaluate agency performance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to creative and media partners
- Lead and mentor marketing team members
- Establish marketing processes, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function
