REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and other advertising platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress for website updates is desirable.
- Excellent research skills with an eye for detail to gather competitive insights and market trends.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Effective communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and website content.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Support the development of content marketing initiatives such as blogs, newsletters, and product descriptions using copywriting best practices.
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
- Help coordinate advertising sales efforts by preparing promotional materials and tracking campaign results using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Contribute to the management of marketing automation platforms and assist in executing email marketing campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s WordPress website, including updates using HTML where necessary.
- Support product management teams by providing market insights and assisting with promotional activities for e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and other key metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
