REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is required
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail is extremely important
• Strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
• Comfortable following detailed instructions and established workflows
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uploading and organizing Facebook ads inside Meta Ads Manager using provided creatives, copy, headlines, and campaign instructions
• Creating and organizing GoHighLevel sub-accounts and marketing automations using the provided training
• Data entry and organization tasks
• Running marketing and client performance reports
• Updating client revenue tracking and internal spreadsheets
• Supporting our team with various marketing and administrative tasks
