REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), SEM techniques, and keyword research methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience with content creation including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and blog management.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or related web development skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for compelling copywriting tailored to target audiences.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts including performance marketing, conversion optimization, email marketing campaigns, and B2B marketing strategies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
  • Support content creation efforts including blog posts, social media updates, and website copy that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage content on WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEM tools, and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for digital assets.
  • Assist in implementing marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve engagement metrics within e-commerce or B2B contexts.
