Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and property management software
- Real estate or property management experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day-to-day property management operations
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and property owners
- Coordinate maintenance requests and scheduling
- Help manage rental listings, applications, and lease paperwork
- Conduct property inspections and assist with showings as needed
- Maintain organized digital files and records
- Support marketing, social media, and general administrative tasks
- Assist with rent collection follow-up and vendor coordination
