RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for technicians in the field, providing real-time technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Manage technician check-ins and check-outs
  • Troubleshoot communication issues with equipment and providing other required codes to technicians
  • Monitor chats, calls, and emails, offering timely support and relaying updates to project managers at a fast pace
  • Maintaining client confidence by keeping all information confidential
  • Support technician teams by ensuring resources and guidance are readily available
  • Preparing accurate job reminders and activity notes
  • Assist in maintaining and updating install manuals to ensure technicians have access to the latest resources and guides
  • Provide updates and insights to project managers regarding daily issues, progress, and any schedule changes
  • Maintain logs of calls, emails, and chats, ensuring accurate record-keeping to support workload analysis and planning
