REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education teaching experience with a strong background in early childhood or related educational fields.
• Proven school administrative director experience managing complex educational programs or centers.
• Demonstrated success in program development within early childhood education or similar settings.
• Extensive team management skills coupled with personnel management expertise in education environments.
• Deep understanding of education administration principles including curriculum planning, staff supervision, and compliance standards.
• Experience working directly with students in childcare or early childhood settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with education technology tools such as productivity software for administrative efficiency.
• Prior university experience or teaching roles that showcase leadership in higher education contexts is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission to promote high-quality early childhood education and community involvement.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including educators, administrative staff, and program coordinators, ensuring effective personnel management and team development.
• Oversee daily operations of the education center, ensuring compliance with educational standards, safety protocols, and administrative policies.
• Drive program development initiatives that enhance educational offerings, child development outcomes, and family engagement efforts.
• Manage budgets, resources, and administrative systems using productivity software to maximize efficiency and organizational growth.
• Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and stakeholders to expand outreach and impact.
• Ensure high standards of childcare quality while fostering an inclusive environment that supports working with diverse student populations.
