RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Match students with tutors based on academic needs and client preferences
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and support
  • Manage active tutoring engagements to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
  • Actively support new tutor acquisition to meet regional and subject demand
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Resolve scheduling issues and service concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor performance metrics related to placements, satisfaction, retention, and tutor supply
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
