RESPONSIBILITIES
- Match students with tutors based on academic needs and client preferences
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and support
- Manage active tutoring engagements to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
- Actively support new tutor acquisition to meet regional and subject demand
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Resolve scheduling issues and service concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor performance metrics related to placements, satisfaction, retention, and tutor supply
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
