REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any filed.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking, payments, or financial services, with strong exposure to card products and portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of card schemes, issuance models, product development, portfolio performance, and profitability.
• Experience managing card scheme and partner relationships, with exposure to BIN Sponsorship considered an advantage.
• Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CSPO or PMP are an advantage; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage and grow the Bank’s card portfolio, with a focus on customer engagement, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and execute card product strategies, roadmaps, and new propositions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development and launch through optimization.
• Lead the SME Debit Card and Retail Wealth Card programs.
• Monitor key portfolio performance indicators, including card activation, spend, transactions, and profitability.
• Manage relationships with card schemes, processors, digital wallet providers, and other partners.
• Drive the growth of the Bank’s BIN Sponsorship business, including partner onboarding and relationship management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
