REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in luxury travel planning or hospitality, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and high-end client expectations.
• Demonstrated expertise with reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective client interaction across diverse cultures and languages.
• Experience working remotely in a sales or customer service environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality services enhances your ability to craft personalized experiences.
• Strong sales acumen combined with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service ensures client loyalty and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel desires, preferences, and special requests, delivering tailored luxury experiences.
• Utilize reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) to book flights, hotels, transportation, and exclusive activities efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate comprehensive travel plans, including scheduling flights, accommodations, transfers, and special experiences across multiple destinations.
• Communicate proactively with clients through various channels to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout their journey.
• Maintain organized records of all bookings, client preferences, and correspondence to facilitate smooth future interactions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry and luxury hospitality to offer innovative recommendations.
• Resolve any travel-related issues promptly by liaising with hotels, airlines, and service providers to uphold exceptional service standards.
