REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight audit & payment, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with transportation rate structures, billing processes, and carrier interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and data integrity issues, determining root causes and corrective actions
• Act as a key control point in the settlement process, resolving issues upstream to protect accuracy and cost outcomes
• Partner with carriers, third-party providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment on rates and processes
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Oversee offshore support, reviewing outputs for accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to quality and service standards
• Maintain SOPs, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on discrepancies, risks, and resolution status
