Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal experience preferred
• Proficiency in Cisco Partner Tools (CCW-R, CCW, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic accounting and analytical skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of Annuities (EA, SaaS & Subscriptions)
• Strong understanding of Information Technologies
• Strong presentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer Cisco renewal opportunities and support within assigned accounts
• Build accurate quotes in CCW-R and engage Cisco support teams
• Maintain accurate CRM data for renewal opportunities and pipeline forecasts
• Provide compliant renewal quotes within established SLAs
• Identify multi-year and co-term opportunities for upsell and expansion
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Customer Success, and internal teams to drive growth
