REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Oil & Gas Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in auditing, quality assurance, licensing, manufacturing, or technical compliance roles, preferably within the oil & gas or industrial sector is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting licensee, supplier, or internal audits, including report writing and closure of audit findings.
  • Strong working knowledge of our client’s standards, procedures, and licensing requirements, or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
  • Experience working with gauge systems, tooling, or dimensional inspection processes is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with royalty tracking, invoicing, and licensing-related commercial processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions and cultures within the Eastern Hemisphere.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required to support audit activities.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present audit findings clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Proven presentation and speaking skills, including conducting meetings, briefings, and discussions.
  • Proficient in ERP / licensee management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point etc).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct audits of licensees within the assigned region, including tracking audit findings and driving audit reports to closure under the guidance of the Licensee Manager – Eastern Hemisphere.
  • Ensure Eastern Hemisphere licensee audits are kept up to date and schedule on-site audits as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements to perform licensee audits across the Eastern Hemisphere.
  • Communicate directly with licensees to ensure compliance with Grant Prideco requirements and procedures.
  • Liaise with Gauge Labs to resolve licensee gauge-related issues or concerns.
  • Manage procurement-related transactions within the licensee management system, including:
  • Job Authorizations (monthly royalty close-out and invoicing)
  • Uncompleted Jobs (verification and transaction closure)
  • Procurement of Rentals (coordination with regional gauge labs, order processing, and invoicing)
  • Procurement of Tooling (coordination with regional gauge labs, order processing, and invoicing)
  • Recalibration services (coordination with gauge labs, order processing, and invoicing)
  • Qualification Requests (coordination with gauge labs, order processing, and invoicing)
  • QCS submissions (coordination with gauge labs, order processing, and invoicing)
  • Ring and Plug Gauge Verification (coordination with gauge labs, order processing, and invoicing)
  • Final Return of Gauges (coordination with gauge labs, order processing, and invoicing)
  • TDSS blank order processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensee accounts within the system, verifying and updating all relevant information.
