REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS/MLS) from an ALA-accredited institution (or equivalent).

Preferred:

• Experience supporting MBA or graduate-level students.
• Background in instructional design or online pedagogy.
• Experience in a start-up or growing university environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the selection, acquisition, and management of electronic resources (eBooks, journals, and databases) relevant to the university’s curriculum.
• Troubleshoot access issues regarding databases (e.g., EBSCO, ProQuest, JSTOR) and authentication systems.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure course reading lists are supported by available digital library materials.
