Legal Counsel – Crypto, Virtual Assets & Fintech

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• One to four years of post-qualification or equivalent relevant legal experience.
• Prior in-house legal experience and/or demonstrable experience in crypto, virtual assets, fintech or financial services.
• Exposure to crypto exchanges, digital-asset platforms or related regulated financial-services businesses is preferred
• .Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions such as the UAE, EU, Türkiye, Pakistan, Malaysia or Indonesia is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Draft, review, redline and negotiate NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS and technology agreements, marketing agreements and partnership contracts.
• Provide legal support for exchange, OTC and platform initiatives, including product flows, feature launches and customer-facing terms.
• Maintain customer terms, platform terms, OTC agreements, risk disclosures and related documentation.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives by coordinating responses, preparing materials and maintaining records.
• Conduct legal research on crypto and fintech regulatory developments, cross-border matters and sanctions/AML-adjacent legal issues.
• Maintain contract trackers, approvals, renewal information and document repositories.
• Support disputes, risk-management matters and external-counsel work.
• Assist with corporate housekeeping and entity documentation.
