Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in law relevant legal qualification preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws.
• Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• UAE Driving License Mandatory

Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE

RESPONSIBILITES

• Provide legal advice on business and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle legal correspondence and coordinate with external lawyers when required.
• Support management on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Maintain proper records of contracts and legal documentation.
