REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and core Finance concepts.
- Strong university-level teaching and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and student-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and developing students at higher-education level.
- Student-centred approach with strong mentoring and counselling abilities.
- Ability to engage students and create an interactive classroom environment.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.
- Professional attitude, integrity, adaptability, and commitment to academic excellence.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms is an advantage.
- Prior teaching experience at degree and/or postgraduate level is highly desirable.
- Professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently on Own Visa / Spouse Visa are preferred.
- Company Visa sponsorship may be considered based on suitability and institutional requirements.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Deliver high-quality lectures and academic sessions in Accounting and Finance at degree and postgraduate levels.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and related Accounting & Finance topics.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, tutorials, and learning activities.
- Develop course materials, assessments, assignments, and examination-related academic content.
- Support students in understanding complex accounting and finance concepts through effective teaching methodologies.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback to students.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to improving students’ academic performance.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, seminars, events, and institutional activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain appropriate academic records and comply with institutional policies and procedures.
