REQUIREMENTS

Excellent knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and core Finance concepts.
Strong university-level teaching and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and student-management skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Passion for teaching and developing students at higher-education level.
Student-centred approach with strong mentoring and counselling abilities.
Ability to engage students and create an interactive classroom environment.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.
Professional attitude, integrity, adaptability, and commitment to academic excellence.
Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms is an advantage.
Prior teaching experience at degree and/or postgraduate level is highly desirable.
Professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance will be an advantage.
Candidates currently on Own Visa / Spouse Visa are preferred.
Company Visa sponsorship may be considered based on suitability and institutional requirements.

RESPONSIBILITES

Deliver high-quality lectures and academic sessions in Accounting and Finance at degree and postgraduate levels.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and related Accounting & Finance topics.
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, tutorials, and learning activities.
Develop course materials, assessments, assignments, and examination-related academic content.
Support students in understanding complex accounting and finance concepts through effective teaching methodologies.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback to students.
Monitor student progress and contribute to improving students’ academic performance.
Maintain a professional, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in academic meetings, workshops, seminars, events, and institutional activities.
Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain appropriate academic records and comply with institutional policies and procedures.
