REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, upbeat, and parent-centered
- Reliable and consistent with daily follow-up
- Comfortable making calls and sending texts
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service, appointment setting, education, or sales is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up with new and existing leads daily
- Make brief phone calls and send text messages
- Schedule parents for Student Success Calls
- Track lead status and notes accurately
- Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Provide simple updates on outreach progress
