Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Technology, or related discipline.
• Fundamental understanding of BIM principles, modeling concepts, and digital workflows.
• Familiarity with BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and Client requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn new software and adopt digital technologies using Artificial Intelligence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create BIM model using Revit software and extract drawing from the BIM models.
• Support the production of accurate architecture drawings, schedules, area calculations and documentation from BIM models.
• Contribute to the development of discipline-specific model components and families.
• Preparation of drawings as per the local authority guidelines.
• Support clash detection activities and coordination meetings using Navisworks and Revizto
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and other discipline to ensure integrated and coordinated models.
• Resolving the multidisciplinary clashes
• Ensure familiarity with international architectural standards regulation and practices.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and industry best practices.
• Support quality checks, audits, and model reviews to maintain data integrity.
• Assist in managing BIM data, including metadata, parameters, and model attributes.
• Support the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk
• Participate in developing and implementing digital workflows to improve project efficiency.
• Explore and implement new digital tools such as 4D simulation, and automation scripts (Dynamo, Python).
• Parametric modeling for complex design.
• Client presentations.
• Architectural Design Reports and Authority Submissions.
• Contribute ideas to enhance BIM processes and improve model accuracy and automation.
