REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a law firm, healthcare, government, or records management environment.
- Experience with document management systems, Salesforce, Box, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with VA claims processes or legal document handling is a plus, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, organize, and maintain electronic and physical client files.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, indexing, and distributing documents.
- Download and upload documents through the VA’s Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS).
- Upload and organize client records in Salesforce, Box, and other firm systems.
- Ensure all client files remain accurate, complete, and compliant with firm standards.
- Perform direct document uploads to the Department of Veterans Affairs in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Assist with document requests, record retrieval, and case file preparation.
- Support attorneys, senior paralegals, and legal assistants by maintaining accurate case documentation.
- Monitor workflow queues and complete tasks within established deadlines.
- Protect confidential client information and comply with all privacy and security requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve document management processes and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
