Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Luxury, or Travel Retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive sales performance.
- Experience in account management, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sustainable business growth and maximize profitability by managing strategic fragrance client relationships in the luxury Travel Retail sector.
- Achieve sales and margin targets while providing accurate sales forecasts and monitoring performance against objectives.
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Build and lead a Travel Retail ambassador community through regular training, recruitment, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage monthly targets, commission schemes, and incentive programs for the ambassador network.
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and operational plans.
