Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in the kids entertainment, F&B, FEC or hospitality industry.

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the UAE.

Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of frontline staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ensure high standards of customer service and create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and families.

Monitor staff performance, provide training, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Manage shift schedules, attendance, and manpower planning.

Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and operational regulations.

Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Assist in organizing events, birthday parties, and promotional activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
