Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 6 months –2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads
• Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and pricing.
• Work closely with senior sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
