Junior Logistics Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics/dispatch/coordination preferred.
• Experience in UAE logistics or FMCG/manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office/Skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Coordinate daily deliveries and dispatches.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules and routes.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other logistics documents.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely customer service.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain accurate logistics and delivery records.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Assist the Logistics Manager with day-to-day operations.
