Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in event management or related roles
  • Proven experience organizing both offline and online events
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficiency in budget tracking (Excel, Google Sheets) and task management tools (Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively both independently and within a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support various event types including international fairs, business dinners, networking events, webinars, and workshops
  • Manage budgets, sign contracts, process invoices, and prepare reporting documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect requirements and create event timelines
  • Plan and conduct weekly project team calls
  • Source and brief worldwide contractors for both online and offline events
  • Collaborate with the design team and assist in creating event scripts and content
  • Ensure smooth event execution and resolve on-site issues
  • Analyze event success and prepare analytical reports to improve future delivery
