REQUIREMENTS

• 8 years of experience handling similar responsibilities in finishing woodwork / Fitout joinery factory & sites.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Good reading and writing skills in English, and fluent speaking skills in Hindi.
• Good knowledge of carpentry and fit-out materials.
• Expertise in making cutting / production lists and hand sketches.
• Very good Knowledge of high end joinery machines & tools

RESPONSIBILITES

• Take correct measurements, details, and material types from the work site and from drawings for production and estimation of material & labour.
• Make simple hand drawings & detailed production cutting list.
• Arrange samples and mock-ups as required by clients.
• Make item lists and raise material requests required for factory production and sites.
• Coordinate with the client, contractor, and consultant teams at the site as required.
• Manage and check the work of carpenters and laborers in the joinery factory & site.
• Organize the transportation of workers and materials.
• Maintaining safe & clean factory floor & sites
