REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a construction or contracting environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide on-site IT support across multiple construction sites and offices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT hardware for office and site teams.
- Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance machines, ensuring smooth operation and data accuracy.
- Set up and maintain networking infrastructure at different sites, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity at all project sites, troubleshooting issues as required.
- Perform software installation, updates, and troubleshooting for company systems, including ERP, email, and other applications.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues via remote assistance and site visits.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking hardware and software licenses.
- Manage data backups and recovery plans, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Monitor and maintain IT security protocols, including antivirus, firewall configurations, and access controls.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, network upgrades, and other IT-related services.
- Assist in setting up project site offices, ensuring IT infrastructure is fully functional.
- Maintain IT documentation and reports, tracking support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
