REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in IT support / system administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Hands-on experience with networking, firewall, and VPN setup
- Experience with CCTV/NVR systems
- Good understanding of Windows Server, AD & GPO
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to train staff
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Microsoft 365 setup and administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- LAN/WAN network configuration and troubleshooting
- Firewall and VPN configuration and management
- Remote IT support using Any Desk, RDP, and TeamViewer
- CCTV and NVR installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Printer installation, troubleshooting, and repair (all types)
- System backup management and disaster recovery solutions
- Installation and management of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy (GPO)
- Monitoring and maintenance of computers and IT equipment to ensure uninterrupted services
- Ensuring IT security and confidentiality standards are maintained
- Providing training and guidance to staff on new software, systems, and applications
- Proactive troubleshooting and preventive IT maintenance
