IT Product Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
- At least 2 years of experience of working in IT Technical Support, as a Business Analyst, or similar client facing role supporting software applications
- Experience driving and handling production related incidents
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally through all levels of organizations both internally and externally
- Experience with technical solutions, business processes and have an analytic and methodical approach to problem solving
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with databases and datasets for extraction and conversion into useful business information
- Ability to travel up to 15% annually both in North America and occasionally to our headquarters in Copenhagen
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and resolve often complex issues using your technical acumen and your unrelenting troubleshooting skills
- Build an advanced knowledge of the configuration options and capabilities of our Enterprise fitness chain management products
- Be in daily contact with our clients and deliver the best possible client experience through tickets, meetings and phone calls
- Understand, reproduce, and report issues to our Engineering teams.
- Provide business consulting and product expertise to customers, enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered
- Interpret, fully understand, and document client business requirements and needs
- Collaborate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
