Inventory Specialist

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be comfortable working within the adult retail industry.
• Previous Shopify experience is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing large spreadsheets and product databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.

Preferred

• Experience with eCommerce inventory management.
• Experience importing/exporting CSV files.
• Knowledge of product catalog management.
• Familiarity with luxury retail or consumer products is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update inventory within the Shopify platform.
• Maintain large product spreadsheets from multiple manufacturers.
• Import, clean, and organize product data.
• Verify pricing, SKUs, product options, dimensions, specifications, and availability.
• Monitor inventory changes from vendors and update Shopify accordingly.
• Create and maintain organized inventory tracking spreadsheets.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory or catalog issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain updated catalogs and pricing lists.
• Ensure all product information is accurate before products go live.
• Assist with catalog expansions and new product launches.
