REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of event sales experience (wedding, corporate, or venue sales preferred)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable conducting training via Zoom
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be located in the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 1:1 coaching and training to licensees on booking strategies, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly Zoom calls (individual and group)
• Develop email/phone scripts and sales resources tailored to event rental
• Review lead lists and help prioritize high-potential opportunities
• Track performance and identify areas for improvement
